Close. Clean. Pictures!

Just sharing how I photograph the items I’m selling on eBay.  If I had all the time in the world I’d put even more effort into my photographs but I don’t so this is what I do.  I use a plain neutral background, as much window light as possible (I still us flash because I’m in a hurry) and get in as close as I can to take a crisp clean shot of the item I’m selling.  I also always try to crop my photos “square” shaped because that maximizes their visibility when people are scrolling through listings on eBay.   Here are the photos I took today of the Little Tikes dollhouse items I got last week for $5:

Nothing fancy, and like I said… I could do better but this works for me right now.  I’ll let you know how I do selling these… I’m hoping for a $100 profit, how cool would that be?! :)
